REPORT
• To create & manage an efficient business plan to bring new sea freight customers on- board.
• Create strategies in close coordination with FS/LM ( Sea freight & Branch Manager).
• Identifying prospective/high potential accounts from various sectors & generate business by doing background work on client information.
• Promote & sea freight services with focus on EXIM business in targeted & existing accounts.
• Responsible for relationship management with key customers.
• Revenue and volume targets through value based selling. Close profitable & strategic accounts.
• Rate negotiation with internal/external customers keeping the market scenario in mind.
• Complete price and service quotation, seek approval from reporting manager, submit to customer.
• To efficiently manage all SOP's , KPI's & standard metrics by continuous monitoring & periodic reviews.
• Participate and present in customer review meetings- monthly, quarterly , annually.
• Regular monitoring of outstanding for trading customer to have better grip on account receivables.
• Any additional task or activity as requested by management.
